I went to the Brew Pub today since it was rainy and cold today. It was so fun!! I actually tried my first whole Guinness here in Ireland (well fine...maybe my boyfriend had 1/2 of it because I couldn't finish it but still!). Anyway, it was so fun and check out the pictures below!

Orientation is over...now what?
Orientation is now over. We went into Bray, Ireland which was amazing! It was really cloudy though and got a bit lost. We attempted to climb a small mountain but ended up going to the wrong way. However I still saw some amazing sights. Also some of the photos are from the train ride out to Bray. We also did so typical orientation things like safety regulations and such.

Walking through Dublin...I thought that this was really pretty

This is the longest st with Gregorian style houses
This where the stables would be behind the Gregorian houses
This is the canals that were built by 200 men for transportation but then about 15 years later the trains came and the canal was no longer used.
Oscar Wilde
Oscar's wife before he cheated on her. I forget her name though.
This used to be the fountain that maids had to go to, to fetch water for their employers. It was close to the Gregorian houses
The parliament building I think
That is just my first few days here! I cannot wait to explore more! Classes begin Monday and I am taking Conflict Management, Earth Science, Modern Irish History, Northern Irish History, The Dublin Literary Experience. Now that I am finally settled in it feels good!
Until next post,

Heading out!
Hi, my name is Karina and this is a blog on my adventure on my Study Abroad trip to Dublin Ireland! In a couple of minutes I lift off of the ground and begin my adventure! I cannot believe that the day is finally here. I hope to learn a great deal on the Irish culture, learn a bit about myself, and visit a few other countries.
Until next blog post,
