Tramore, Co. Waterford and Blarney

Two weekends ago I got on a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of Dublin with the boyfriend and we went to the little town of Tramore. We found an awesome deal on Group On which got us a 3 course dinner, 2 night stay, and 2 breakfasts for only 110 euro. For what we received, it was well worth the money. With Tramore as our home-base, we were able to go to the Blarney Castle and check out the town of Waterford. The Blarney Castle was super fun. I got to go inside and see what living there would be like. The rooms were a lot smaller than I expected and the steps throughout the castle were SO STEEP. Luckily there were some ropes and rails or I would be going dowwwn. The castle though I think was the best structure I have seen thus far. I also kissed the Blarney stone so I will see if my speech becomes more eloquent.
Kissing the Blarney Stone!

I also had a pretty crazy time at the bus station where we had a bit of a run in with a drunk person who was I guess getting into trouble with the bus station employees. I tried to keep away from him and go inside...but of course the boyfriend wanted to stay outside as to not miss our bus. To make matters more worrisome  the guy got onto MY bus. Again, luckily he got off before us so we did not have to handle him but it was still a scary situation.

In the morning we went  a lovely cliff walk before we headed back to Dublin.
